In 2016, major amendments were enacted to the federal Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) that regulates domestic industrial chemicals. These amendments, which are currently being implemented by the EPA, are having and will continue to have major implications for any company that manufactures, imports, or processes chemicals.
